This notice describes the current public marketing website at masterenglish.academy. It will be updated before accounts, payments, analytics, or other services that process additional personal data are introduced.
Information you choose to send
If you email hello@masterenglish.academy, your email provider sends the information you include. We use it to respond to your enquiry and maintain normal business records. The website contact composer prepares a draft in your email application; it does not submit the message to this website.
Browser-based tools
The study plan builder and band calculator run in your browser. The values you select are not sent to a Master English Academy database by those tools.
Technical delivery data
Hosting and network providers may process standard request information such as IP address, user agent, requested page, timestamps, and security events to deliver and protect the website. Their retention and processing depend on the hosting configuration in use.
Cookies and analytics
The current site does not set advertising cookies and does not include a third-party analytics script. Essential platform behavior may change when the site is deployed; this notice and any consent controls must be updated before optional tracking is added.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Email enquiries may be processed by the email and hosting providers needed to operate the academy. We retain correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, legal obligations, security, and ordinary business records.
Your choices
