Privacy notice

This notice describes the public marketing website at masterenglish.academy, including the optional IELTS assessment request form. It will be updated when the intake destination or other services change.
Information you choose to send
If you submit an IELTS assessment request, we collect the details you enter, including your name, email, country or time zone, goal, current and target scores, test date, main difficulty, preferred support, and optional message. We use this information to understand your learning goal and respond with a relevant next step. The form sends data to an owner-configured lead intake destination. If you email hello@masterenglish.academy, your email provider sends the information you include.
Browser-based tools
The study plan builder and band calculator run in your browser. The values you select are not sent to a Master English Academy database by those tools.
Technical delivery data
Hosting and network providers may process standard request information such as IP address, user agent, requested page, timestamps, and security events to deliver and protect the website. Their retention and processing depend on the hosting configuration in use.
Cookies and analytics
The current site does not set advertising cookies. Vercel Web Analytics is disabled by default in the production configuration. If it is enabled later, it is used for aggregated, privacy-focused page-view and outbound-click measurement; it is not used to collect names, email addresses, or other form content. The configuration and this notice will be reviewed whenever analytics settings change.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Assessment requests may be processed by the hosting provider and the lead-intake processor configured by the academy. We retain requests and correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, legal obligations, security, and ordinary business records. Confirm the actual processor and retention period before launch.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information held in direct correspondence, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention needs. Contact hello@masterenglish.academy.
Changes
We may revise this notice as services develop or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
