These terms apply to the public masterenglish.academy marketing website, articles, and free browser-based tools. Separate terms will be published before paid services or user accounts open.
Educational information
Website materials are provided for general education and planning. They are not a promise of admission, employment, immigration eligibility, language proficiency, or a particular examination result.
IELTS independence
Master English Academy is an independent provider. IELTS is a registered trademark of its respective owners. The academy is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by those owners or the organisations that administer IELTS.
Free tools
The band calculator performs a simple mathematical average and whole- or half-band rounding for planning. The study planner creates a generic starting routine from your selections. Neither tool evaluates actual language performance or guarantees accuracy for your individual circumstances.
Acceptable use
You may use the public site for personal, lawful learning and evaluation. You may not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorised access, misrepresent academy content as an official test service, or reproduce substantial original content commercially without written permission.
Content and availability
We may correct, update, add, or remove website material. We aim for useful and accurate content but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every resource will meet every learner’s needs.
External services
Email links and future third-party links may take you to services governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for services we do not operate.
